South Africa 2019
In 2019 we organized a motorcycle trek through South Africa, eSwatini (formerly called Swaziland) and Lesotho. In true enduro cross-country style, we conquered not only the many kilometres of African dirt roads, but also the notorious Sani Pass.
With the money we raised, we will be able to welcome 50 more children in the CarePoint in Johannesburg.
Tanzania 2018
In 2018 we climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. After 5 days of climbing, all participants reached the highest point in Africa. Afterwards, we visited the Christ’s Hope CarePoint in Mwanza on the banks of Lake Victoria, and we did a safari trip in the vast Serengeti.
With the money we raised, we were able to support the daily operation of the 4 CarePoints in Kinshasa (DR Congo).
Namibië 2017
In 2017 we rode through the Namibian desert in the style of the legendary Paris-Dakar rally. The journey took 2 weeks and brought us to 3 of the 4 CarePoints in Namibia.
With the money we raised, we have been able to thoroughly renew the kitchens in all the Namibian CarePoints.
